When a team is placed on probation, can they receive awards of any kind? I know they are banned from all post season play. However when unc plays Duke, there is a hugh bell claimed by the winning team. Is this against NCAA rules for a team already on probation? Carolina is presently in possession of this bell they acquried while on probation.- Posted by onesassyace
There is nothing Dook can do to get the bell back.- Posted by DookSuckz

Must be hell to be a Duke fan and yet be too ashamed to admit it. Even with all of UNC's problems I would never claim to be a fan of another team. Maybe it just has to do with character and personal pride which you seem to have none of.

Maybe in 25-35 years Dook will actually have a Division I quality football team.- Posted by DookSuckz
UNC will be back in a bowl game next season while Dook continues to stay home.
