Doyleisms
Dude is on a roll this smonth-
"There's no way the NCAA touches Penn State."
"Hansbrough is like a special needs kid."
"The only two schools in the country to offer African-American studies majors are UNC and Kansas. Coincidence?"
Proof that you don't actually have to be intelligent to be in media.

Jacob, I beg to differ. I have several Wolfpack friends and family members. None of them have ever liked Gregg Doyell. I understand he was slamming NCState for letting Herb Sendek leave and that they were an irrelevant program. I see no reason for State fans to praise Doyell except now he's using the UNC scandal as a basis for generating clicks and traffic for CBS's sports site.

LOL @ shooting the messenger....

can't say I blame 'em.

Awwww, I think I might cry. LOL. Is that all you can say? I suppose you had no intent to have an honest discussion. Does it not bother any real fans/alumni of UNC that their school is embroiled in a real scandal? Does anyone wonder how UNC's own website is the source of material used to question it's academics? I am truly astounded that no one is asking for the truth to how a university is violating FERPA by exposing a transcript (alleged, but the school does say it looks genuine). Do you want to know or do you want it all just to go away and hope business can go back to usual?
RE: Doyleisms
State does not need AA studies, they have First year college with plenty of junior and one senior athlete enrolled. I saw a nice list on IC.
But....
They have a BA in African Studies as well:

many of those juniors are redshirt juniors, aka, 4th year on campus.
