I believe Peppers has to file a formal complaint, doesn't he? Maybe packpride can persuade him.

That's just the way it works. They won't investigate unless Peppers files a complaint, and I doubt he'll file a complaint.

Release of the transcript was accidental. No one is going to jail anyway. The possible result would be loss of federal funds. If the release was accidental, the government is not going to cut off funds. Not going to happen. Now, I think if someone released the transcript for some gain, then that's another story. I just hope he's wears red.
I think Peppers could sue, but I don't see it happening.
With new alignments in conferences, this is the perfect time for UNC to leave the ACC and never play NC State again.

This whole debacle is nothing less than an absolute embarrassment to the entire UNC family. I'd certainly pull the flag off the car after this. The poo is getting deeper in Chapel Hill....time to break out the Galoshes!
