UNC FB Ranked top #25??

I am confused, if UNC has been put in the rankings by other FB' rankings or sports columns....etc. In all, does it even matter or does ESPN even rank them during the season since they are banned from bowling this year?

It makes no difference cause we traditionally get over ranked every year anyway. We start out ranked in football nearly every year only to drop out by season's end. Just take our preseason national championship in basketball last year before Roy choked that away. Well at least we'll always have that LEHIGH thing to hang our hat on.

Okay, but thanks for not answering my question. If UNC goes 12-0 which they won't, are they or are they not put into the ranking system due to their bowl ban/bowl ineligibility?

ewenc has zero relevance in FB '12. They are on NCAA probation. 12-0 or 0-12. What does it matter ?

Remember Auburn when they finished undefeated but were banned from bowls? They were ranked that season.

because 12-0 would mean we beat your wolfies (which of course would render
their season as a failure, 0-12 would mean wolfies won 6 straight and their
number one goal (or atleast TOB`s) would be achieved.
