You're probably the only person since the founding of the NCAA that's called the "NCAA's enforcement staff and investigators" smart. You probably won't be calling them smart after all is said and done with these upcoming investigations and punishments.

They let K keep his illegally obtained 37 wins for using a paid player. They also changed the NCAA rules after K violated them. Glad to see you admit that they messed up punishing Dook because they were not smart.

Duke admitted that Maggette accepted money before he came to Duke and they also said they would accept whatever punishment the NCAA decided to give them. But unlike your false statements, they never stated that Maggette received money after he came to Duke. The NCAA investigated and gave Duke the punishment they decided Duke deserved. Was the NCAA smart in this case? Maybe, maybe not - it isn't my call. But UNC fans overwhelmingly think the NCAA was not smart in the Maggette case. Of course, dumb fans will call the NCAA smart or dumb solely on the outcome of the investigation and not on the actual truth.

Hey, havent heard that talking point in awhile.

And what does that have to do with UNCheat and the academic fraud in your athletic department.

I am sure if we cared, we could find some illegal activity at UNCheat in other areas besides the athletic department.

Maggette not being paid after getting to Duke, Fuqua cheating, cancer fake treatments, and lacrosse hiring a stripper - all of them have nothing to do with the embarrassment of UNC's academic/athletic scandal. That's why marked is the only one that ever brings those up, most UNC fans are smart enough to know those events aren't applicable to fraudulently keeping substandard academic athletes eligible.

The football players were punished for accepting illegal benefits, such as jewelry, cash, travel, etc. Do you (or anyone else) have proof that any basketball player received any such benefit?
