.... good for Debbie Yow of N. C. STATE, to "disassociate" from this player agent, now, precisely, that's an AD living by the law, not obfuscating, not playing a shell game, not hiding or trying to cover up the facts, no, it's the "STATE Way", doing things the right way, yes!

If Leak is ignoring Yow's letter, and it appears he is, I hope he ends up in jail with a 7 figure fine.

I don' think he should end up in jail, Tommy. It is up to Amerson to do the right thing and not have any contact with him during the season. He is obviously thinking he is going pro after this season. He should just end contact with Leak until the season is over.

This seems to be a problem with Leak and not so much State.

True, but, after the letter was sent, doesn't that put Leak on notice that if he continues, he is breaking the law? And, yes, Amerson should cease any contact with Leak, IF he is in contact now. He should know about that letter to Leak also.

I don't know how the law works on this issue, I just think that Amerson needs to be the one to say leave me alone....for now

ALSO

I hope Amerson is aware that he puts his status on the team, the football program, AND the university in a bad light if he continues any contact with Leak.
