Your dog is called Alma? That is weird.

I have no control over how people use it, nor much concern.

(You could call your dog "Alma" and your cat "Mater" for all I care.)

...you know alma mater is usually used by people that actually went to a college, don't you?

"Proud" doesn't adequately sum it up. There may not be a suitable word to express our feelings for the beloved alma mater.

    WOOOOOOOOT!!!!

    GO HEELS!!!!!

Danny Green's 3 with :09 left beats the Lakers....Wayne Ellington's 25 beat Shaney Poo's heat...Ray Ray Felton's 27 lead undefeated Knicks past Spurs...The Black Falcon's double-double leads Warriors past OKC...Zeller playing well before injury...Brandon Wright starting and playing well for Dallas, as is Vince Carter...Henson beginning to get minutes with Milwaukee.....

Facts-R-Fun, and they draw top recruits like Isaiah Hicks right to the deck of The Flagship.Sorry, ABC'ers.

If there was such a list then I'm sure that you or a couple of others would have already started threads with it. Keep searching though :)

Sounds about like the predictions UNC fans made about JJ Redick. No?

The ACC has done exceptionally well with so many in the NBA.

Wait...I thought dookies predicted D-G was "D-League Bound" after last season? Are they still all hiney-hurt that he never lost in Hansbrough Indoor Stadium in four years?

Looks like Coach Popovich drew up this play specifically for D-G....Weird way to treat someone who's "D-League Bound", ain't it?

    I also like this part.
The Atlantic Coast Conference has 63 players in the NBA, six more than any other conference. I enjoy and like football but I love basketball.
