if carolina has nothing to hide why does it take a court order to see some records? If I know of a felony that has been committed and I try and cover it up,I think that is called obstruction of justice? What is it called when the police refused to investigate a felony, that happens on campus? I think we will soon find out............ real soon. The felony was reported last week.
