Barth "Done For the Year"

Jeff Gravely reported that Casey Barth is done for the year with an "undisclosed" injury. This is bad news for the Heels. Although there are only two games remaining in the season, Barth was money kicking FG's and PAT's. I hope that whatever his injury is, it won't prevent him from playing on Sundays.

I just read the article in the N&O and you're absolutely right. I hate that he's going to miss the rest of the season, even if it is only two more games. He's already broken the records at Carolina; just imagine how much more impressive his numbers would be if he didn't miss a chunk of last year as well.

Keep up roy. We not going to a bowl this year. We won our bowl against state college. Field goal are one of the most important part of the game. Duke won against Carolina with a field goal that hit the bar and fell inside for 3 pts. Unlike Maryland's that hit the bar and fell outside the goal for no 3 pts. and a Maryland loss. It's really kind of funny. Big, strong players go out and battle it out all game, then an ex soccer player comes out and wins the game for them.

Sadly the less intelligent crowd here (Dookies) had to make unintelligent comments.

It is no wonder why they feel that it is appropriate to put on black face at their parties.

Now that was just cold:)

Smack talk aside, I feel worse for Barth than I do for Carolina. He was injured last year, and he's injured again this year; I hope that doesn't hurt his NFL draft chances.
