An employee embezzling money does not make the University at fault, just the employee.
Ask your dad, I am sure he dipped his hand into illicit funds more than once.
The old everybody does it excuse. Sorry, Duke doesn't have the culture of embezzlement and corruption that UNC athletics harbours. (see Kupec, T. Hansbrough for flagship examples)
Nah, Duke just has a culture of killing people for money (started by a racist tobacco-family, for starters).
