How true, the poor sweet little girl who was class president comes to mind God rest her soul. We should tighten the boarder between Chapel Hill and durm to help keep the rift raft out.

I've never felt threatened or unsafe in Chapel Hill, and I've been on Franklin Street for Halloween a bunch of times, been to Apple Chill when they had it (and that ended cuz of punks from Durham looking for trouble), etc. Seen some skirmishes at the Cradle, but that's hardly the town's fault, and strictly speaking, that's Carrboro. Chapel Hill is a whole lot of things, but dangerous isn't one of em, in my opinion.

UNC was rated in 2011 as the 5th safest university campus in North Carolina. State was rated 9th and doook was rated 17th.

That was an interesting list. I can see Elon being the safest, but how did Campbell not even make the list? Bouies Creek has to be the most boring town east of the Mississippi River.
