Heading to Aruba - and away from the madness - I hope all the regulars on here have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving- we all have many things to be thankful for - amongst them are living in the greatest country in the world and enjoying the freedoms it has to offer

Back at ya! Had a great time in Aruba a few years back. The wind was blowing about 60 mph on the golf course and it kicked my rear, but that was the only negative.

I'm boarded on my flight to the Bahamas. Looking forward to seeing duke go to 6-0 on Saturday night. Unfortunately, it means I couldn't be in Wallace wade for renfree, Scott, Vernon, and the others senior day.

Have a nice thanksgiving duke, state and unc fans alike. the unc folks can be thankful that I won't be on the boards much until Sunday.

Picked up tix to the UNC-Maryland game...home side, 50-yard line, lower-level.

Gonna enjoy a little tailgating and afternoon football watching with the family.

Negative. I played about 2-3 miles from the SC coastline earlier this year when a tropical storm was right offshore. No 60-mph winds, but the 20-30 mph winds were enough to drive me crazy. I haven't lost that many golf balls since the first time I played.

im not saying i want it everyday but once awhile it makes for some intresting golf.....esp down wind on a par 5 and let it ride the wind :)
