UNC Gets Dominated by Butler, Falls in a Laugher 82-71

Butler blew UNC right out the gym Tuesday Night. Up 29 points at one time, this game was never in doubt. James Michael McAdoo, UNC's savior, had more turnovers than rebounds. This team has 2010 NIT written all over it.

At least Roy can move on quickly, with a tough game against Chaminade in the Loser's bracket Wednesday. Tip off at 7pm lol.

Remember, this Butler team that Roy said was "very, very good" needed a lucky OT 3pt heave to get past an unranked Marquette team.

Tough test vs. Chaminade, they did beat Texas-- who most UNC fans claim is their 2nd toughest non-conference opponent, lol, this is just getting to be funny. 2012-13 NIT Runner-Ups!

Butler already lost to an unranked Xavier team, 62-47.

Side note, why was Hairston screaming after every shot he made?? Is that the Carolina Way?

As a huge Duke fan, I'm happy for this loss, but I think the gloating is a bit premature. Carolina was down ~30, and pulled to within 6 with under 2 minutes to play. They were 2 shots away from tying the game and going to OT where they would have won.

If anything I think UNC has a lot to be proud of out of that game...mounting that tremendous comeback is pretty darn impressive, I don't care who you are.

With that being said, GO TO HELL CAROLINA!!!

As a huge Duke fan, I'm happy for this loss, but I think the gloating is a bit premature. Carolina was down ~30, and pulled to within 6 with under 2 minutes to play. They were 2 shots away from tying the game and going to OT where they would have won.

If anything I think UNC has a lot to be proud of out of that game...mounting that tremendous comeback is pretty darn impressive, I don't care who you are.

That's alot of anger for you Tizu but good to see you back here. As I told BB5, an excellent loss. We had to learn some tough lessons some time soon and we did just hat last night. Roy will get a couple seasons worth of coaching miles out of this one. I'm cool with it, love the way my team fought back.

Good to see Coach point the finger at himself, rather than, say, fake a back injury and turn the team over to Hubert Davis for the rest of the season to safeguard his own record.

K would have blamed the team and then paid some players to come in and bail him out, or suffered a fake back injury.

Too much talent to be down like that. Roy doesn't have control of that team. Duke will mop the floor with that undisciplined "squad".
