We've apologized repeatedly to all the bowl committees for putting one of them in the position of having to take dook. What more do you want?

Bump. Great job holden! Your leadership at Orange County Remedial College will be sorely missed!

No idea. Not concerned. Duke is a basketball school with a great academic reputation with a not very good football program.

At least Duke didn't cheat and still only go to the Belk bowl or Tire Bowl, then get caught and still not admit it and stall and stall and stall, where it has become an embarrassment to your alumni and the community.

If by midget running back, you mean best player in the ACC, sure.

22-2. Ouch. When was your last winning season again?

    33-30

So you guys are so bad that against Wake you needed a midget running back.

He didn't play against Wake or Louisville.

    21-2.

    Any more excuses. 33-30.

DUKE/UNC/STATE stop going back and forth with this. All three play weak nonconference schedules! You cant even recurit in your own state,( Marshall, Gurley). Cant blame them for leaving. SEC title shot, and NAT title shot.

It is just a bump in the road. An eight-win first season, solid recruiting, and two narrow losses without our best player. Things looking good for Carolina football under Fedora.

Hellooooooooooooooo, DS. Where did you go? You seem to have all the answers. Who was the team Duke beat so they became bowl eligible? That 6th unnamed team that you forgot to mention. Who was it? What was their record?

Still not too bad for a team that installed a NEW Offense AND a NEW Defense with a NEW Coaching staff...not toooooooooooooo bad. Could have been better....but it could have been a WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE lot worse.

That is only 5 wins, who was the other one?

  • DooksucksV3 Nov 25, 2012

And who did Dook beat to qualify for a bowl?

    3-9 Florida Atlantic.
    NCCU
    4-8 Memphis
    5-7 Wake
    4-8 Virginia.

    Really? How sad.

Funny, how you act like the bowl ban is just a bump in the road.

Would love to have seen you play Clemson or FSU.

You lost to the one ranked team you played and to Duke and Wake.

  • DooksucksV3 Nov 25, 2012

Poor little inferior ones come out running.

How sad for the inferior little guys, especially the ones from State who have no basketball season to look forward to.

LOL! The team that only played one ranked team, and of course they lost. UNC fans are so proud.

Yeah, bummer. We would be playing in the ACC Championship game if it wasn't for the one-year bowl ban.

Still though, it could be worse...Ohio State would likely be playing for a national title this year if they were allowed to compete in the postseason.

on being so coccky thinking the ncaa wouldn't dare touch you that you declined to forego a bowl game last season. Way to think that one through Holden! ROFL!!!!
