I appreciate the way Ms. yow

stressed doing things the right way. She is not interested in anyone whose reputation is tainted, in any way. I feel this going through every sport associated with NC State. It is time. There is one thing for certain, she knows the direction N C State is moving in, and it is a good, one everyone can be proud of. I must say I have never felt more like she and her sister were cut from the same winning cloth.GO PACK

Typically, a clause in employment contract gives significant discretion to the universities to dismiss coaches for actions deemed by their officials to be detrimental to the school and not in line with what was expected for the position.

Petrino was not paid any settlement or buyout amount because he was fired with "LEGAL CAUSE."

I.E., Petrino's PRIVATE LIFE actions cost him his job.
