The spokesperson for Lucky Charms linking to a song called Chubb Rock by Shamrock hip hop.

    The irony is overwhelming.

Banners never coming down guaranteed! The precedent has already been set with State College being able to keep theirs up and Duke now keeping their last one up despite having a pawn shop on the side! Trust me......all is well!

Nope. Another example of guys staying that were NBA bound. Why did they? Players family member job? Why did BB players stop taking AFAM courses? Because the "jig was up". Bball had to lay low.
Why did all those NFL bound players come back after the '09 season? $$$, free grades, trips, agents....??????

Players(BB & FB) staying that should not. Cheating maybe???? NCAA investigation...check. NCAA probation...check. SBI...check. Martin team...check. HC, AD,Dept. Head, Chancellor, etc. fired/ quit with pay...check.

    '09 & '05 banners coming down...??????

He & the rest HAD to leave. The place was crawling with investigators. If those guys would have stayed it would have looked like 2009. Too much "heat". They left & got paid like the others.(Butch, Dickie B., Holden T., dr. kangaroo & assistant, etc, etc.....)

Probably not because they both have a degree from Duke to fall back on. There's just not that great of a demand for Swahili translators.

Kendall made a smart move. He's still making his money. The NBA doesn't care much about anyone unless you won a game yesterday; anyway.

Do you think he will have a better career than Jay Willims and Bobby Hurley, two of Dukes LEGENDS?

This is why I said Marshall was smart not letting ol' Roy talk him out of the millions he could get by turning pro.

I wish he had stayed another year. I know the injury just made the decision easier for him and I cannot blame him for going. I wish him lots of luck.

It took JJ Redick over two years to get a chance in the NBA. The first issue, Orlando drafted him but they had a head coach, Brian Hill, that didn't want him and didn't ever play him. K Marshall has this problem with Alvin Gentry. The other issue, when he did finally play, he realized that he was not in NBA shape. Now he is due to a complete overhaul of diet and workout discipline. K Marshall also has this problem. He'll definitely have to do at least what JJ did to his body to be effective in the NBA. Having seen Marshall's parents, fitness doesn't appear to be a way of life in his upbringing so that's definitely an uphill battle.

Would love to be proven wrong, but doubtful. The overall speed of the NBA will make it tough for KM.

I'm sure the Suns are real happy their first round pick just got demoted to the D-League. Hope things turn around for him.
