Louisville gaining confidence Charlie Strong will stay as coach
UH-OH. Still think Fedora's interviewing with Tennessee as a "recruiting tool"?

Tennessee is offering him a deal worth $3.5M annually. Louisville is restructuring. Stay tuned.

Nah. No recruiting tool at all. Anyone that signed a contract after one year will not get any kudos after the parents read this one. If Fedora interviewed, his recruits will be looking elsewhere. Mark this down.

Yep. As it now stands, there's no rules violation for a coach to tell recruits that he will be around the next year when he actually may not. I find it slightly interesting that the only statements about Fedora staying are TOTAL hearsay: things like tweets from recruits, rumors about meetings with well-heeled donors, etc. The lack of a direct statement by the coach or AD seems foreboding.

I could not agree more. Nick Saban makes more than that, and Alabama is way overpaying him. UL is good, and Charlie Strong is good, but he's not doing $4M worth of work.
