Unfortunately for fans, the infiltration of bloggers and blog sites buries the truth somewhere under a deep pile of threads. It is no surprise that with all the coaching vacancies in college football, rumors would run amok. And there are plenty of sites where fans can choose to believe or deny the rumors. For the most part Universities choose not to reply to rumors, personally that is the right track to take. We would all be better served in waiting for official correspondences with information, instead of jumping on every post made by a blogging "expert". SBNation is made up of about 300 contracted "writers" with varying degrees of credibility

Oh well 'tis a shame the holes won't be left holding the bag. But then again, there is always next year. I predicted from day 1 that Sombrero would be gone within 3 years. Looks like he's going to prove me right!

Don't know about lying...I don't even know if report is true yet as no "real" reporting agency has acknowledged...but if you are asking me if i am cool with Coach Fedora....

by my count, this is the second head coach from ACC (Strong) to turn down SEC job...LOL. Tenn must suck on ice.

to wolfpackinthehizzouse please do everyone a favor! Pleae!! Just stay off the boards until u have something positive to say. U ride in on rumors and accomplish nothing but showing tat u cannot accept things as they are.
