I and the rest of Duke nation had no idea that fake title existed until you changed the banner and moved it next to the real ones...........

Nope. It was always there. Before Roy arrived, all banners were hanging in chronological order around the arena. So each natty banner was hanging with the year it was won along with other banners from that year (ACC title, etc...)
Roy did a consolidation of many banners along with moving all natty banners together to the their current place. All natty banners were updated to a larger format and with logos, etc... Sorry you didn't notice it previously.

i hate to say it but UNC championships are just a little more prestigious than the other acc teams nc championships. from the underfeated season,MJ hitting the clutch shot,to the top 2 seeds playing each other for the championship. also, DEAN just has a different aura around him than other coaches do. i guess the closest team to UNC's mystique would be ucla.

nope, it was not always where it is at now......which is what I said from the beginning. You only decided to start celebrating the fake one when Duke tied the Holes after 2001.

why must the heel fans bring up non ncaa banner wins from the fifties so much....ohhh yea almost forgot there is nothing to talk about in unc land these days....other than scandals and investigations, no football, no bowl, and the basketball squad resembles a collection of larry drew and ryan harrow types, the me me me attitude and lack of team chemistry on the unc squad this season is alarming, tough break for ol huckle.
