Good game for the tar heels. They let off the gas towards the end, but still showed the type of talent this team has when they play together. If they play like they did the first half this will be a hard to beat team, the second half not as much.

I think you are being generous unless something changes VERY SOON! I'm thinking closer to 12-14 unless the ACC is as weak as I think it might be. We shall see!

Unc will have struggles this year. Paige has a ways to go and it is only gonna get tougher when he starts facing seasoned acc guards. Long season ahead.

State is still getting their act together. But wow, Carolina is pretty awful. How are they even ranked at all?

Come on. How is State still ranked TBK? To go from 6th to 25th. State isn't all that....you'll see when the ACC schedule begins. UNC isn't much in their ranking either. Both team are over-rated. UNC was lucky with free throws because ECU had to foul. 4 pts away in the closing seconds.

I wrote on here that State should win the Conference before the season began. I was wrong then. I'm retracting this statement. They have a lot of work in front of them after seeing these early games. They shot 57% against Norfork. Duke is heads above all teams. Better watch out for a few other teams too right now. Several teams are playing tough b'ball.
