Hey, they won the game. It was probably closer than it should have been. They probably thought they could cruise to a 30 point victory and forgot they had to actually play the second half.

State had a 2-point win over a creampuff recently, too. This was right after exam week (although, not sure that affects the Carolina players. Heh heh!) Give 'em a break. They withstood a hot shooting ECU team, and with a little help from Karl Hess, they won the game. (Another heh heh!)

I really don't think Carolina is very good this year. But they did win this game, though. We'll find out if my hypothesis is correct soon enough.

Ligg, serious question. How good do you think Carolina is this year?

I think they are WAY worse than last year.

They will not reach half of what last years squad was able to. One glaring problem on this team(besides offensive rebounding apparently), pg play. Paige assist/turnover ratio is horrid against subpar competition and likely only to get worse before it gets better when conference play begins. Roy needs a star pg to run his system. Right now he does not have that.
