I'm thankful that other academic departments did not have these issues, however, it's very troubling that the African Studies department did to this extent. It is a black eye for the UNC academic community as a whole, and the African department in particular. I will certainly advise my kids to stay clear of that department.- Posted by 4tarheels

They never denied the wrongdoing, thus the request by Martin to do an investigation.
