Does Mcadoo Leave After This Season?

RE: Does Mcadoo Leave After This Season?

12 against mcneese st today. that should have some nba scouts drooling.

if mj ends up with another #2 pick, jmm should go there if #1 passes on him.

RE: Does Mcadoo Leave After This Season?

I honestly don't think he's anywhere near ready to play in the NBA. Sure, he'd get drafted...then he'd ride pine for awhile. The kid should stick around for another year or two. He would be lethal his senior year and everyone knows it. I don't think that'll happen, though. He's gone after this season.

"w.g.a.s" to paraphrase Ole Roy

RE: Does Mcadoo Leave After This Season?

Rick James McDooDoo should leave, because I'm tired of watching his weak inside game, his weaker midrange jumper, and I'm even more tired of hearing about his sorry a$&. He'll probably go mid-late first round, and then get shipped off to the D-league to join Marshmallow, or K-Butter, or whatever that absurd nickname was for that floppy-wristed point guard UNC had last year who couldn't cut it in the NBA.

K-Butter is actually back on the Suns' bench now. He led the D-League in assists when he was there, but still not much of a scoring threat.

K-Butter gonna be fine. It takes a while for most PGs to develop in the League. I hope he's enjoying his million$.

And...Look on the bright side:

He can never harm state college again.

The Phoenix Suns already knew that former first-round pick Kendall Marshall could pass the ball. His passing ability is quite amazing. But they needed him to improve in other areas of his game while he went through a stint with the D-League team in Bakersfield. Nine games into his stint and the same sentiment remains when it comes to Marshall's game.

He averaged 7.6 assists per game, good for the league lead. That's nothing new. But he shot the ball at a dismal 31.3 percent from the field, never cracking the 40-percent mark in any of his games. His inability to convert on the offensive end was one of the primary reasons he couldn't win the backup point guard job with the Suns. The current backup is Sebastian Telfair, who isn't exactly shooting the lights out but is a better shooter than Marshall at a 37.7 percent clip.

Marshall will continue workouts with player development coordinator Lindsey Hunter upon his return to the Suns.
