the gift was when Martin first announced he was doing an 'investigation', as it assured that nothing would be revealed...even TBK is right, sometimes, like when he said how clear Martins motive was when he started his conclusion with, "this is not an athletic issue"....he could have started his summary with anything
else, but that would have strayed from the protocol
