I dont even remember Mcdonalds first name so that should tell you something. Mcdonald a savior? Duke feels the same way about Kelly.

There are a half dozen threads saying taht Leslie McDonald is UNCheats best 3 pt shooter.

And are you going to answer the who would have Leslie started over last year question.

There are a half dozen threads in the Dook forum crying about it and Hal (Dook fan) has turned his attention from the UNC forum to the State forum.

    The hurt is readily apparent.

Really, I dont recall anyone ever saying that. Except you.

And why would UNCheat best 3 pt shooter not be scheduled to start last year?

Who would he have started over?

Just because you say it, doesnt mean it is true.

You act like Ryan Kelly is some sort of savior.

So what was your prediction for Duke in 2010?

McDonald played in the Kentucky game?

    I didn't know that.

UNC played 0 games last year with the full team.

Dook loses one player and falls to pieces with the horrible coaching of K.

All of that talent, all of those flame outs.

    How sad.

Your boy Rameses was the one that brought up last year. UK beat you last year when you were healthy, and the year before. So LUX here's a suggestion, why dont you start a thread about that, and tell your Cheat hill boys to stop using excuses!

  • Lux Libertas Jan 21, 2013

    Poor offended state college ABC'er.

    Here's a suggestion:

Start your own thread that follows your hero "Anthony Davis"! It isn't hard to do.

He's doing pretty well in the NBA also, or so I hear. But he's not the object of this thread.... and I don't keep up with him.

  • Toddler10-21 Jan 20, 2013

UK still would have beat you. Just like in the regular season, and the year before. Didnt you love it when Davis put Henson's jump shot back in his face. Henson isnt the only one that has length!

Good stuff Lux. Roy was touting his guys on the radio show the other night and he really does a great job keeping up with them. Considering where John was 3 short years ago, he has done extremely well, and will only get better with maturity. The fact he is having this kind of success early on makes me long for a healthy John Henson with an uninjured Kendall Marshall and Dexter Strickland last year. What could have been...

But he's a basketball player, he makes basketball plays all over the place, his length is a gigantic problem for teams defensively, and he doesn't know what he's doing yet, just imagine a year or two down the road what this guys going to be like considering he's effective now, and hes the lightest weakest guy of any of the big men in the league."

  • Lux Libertas Jan 18, 2013
Sports Legend TV Rookie Report:ESPN Senior Writer David Thorpe on why he's excited about the Milwaukee Bucks:

"Well we're talking about John Henson of course.

Johns a guy that coming out of high school he had spent his last year here in Tampa, his father had moved to the Ar Force base here, so....I followed him a little bit when he was a high school player,
watched him closely at North Carolina, and felt like after his Sophomore year of college, I thought he should be a top-5 pick if he came out. I was genuine with him, but no one agreed with me in the he went back to college, and I thought again he should be a Top 5 pick...and he wasn't...because he's extraordinarily weak, and he still is very weak. 100 and change, 220 I dont know...he's very light, very skinny...

But the reason I loved him , and like him the same now....I really like bigs that used to be little. Because I think mentally, they're comfortable playing out in space becaue thats what little guys do their whole lives...but then you give them this bigger body, they eventually figure out how to defend the paint and all of that..of course it helps to be long and tall...but you still dont forget what it was like to move your feet out in space..where Big guys were always big, tended to want to slide two or three times, and then your dead.

But now youve got Henson who thinks like a guard, sees the floor like a guard, moves like a guard, but hes 6-11 with a wingspan of like 89-feet. He's gigantic. North Carolina did a great job working with him and understanding how to stay in the paint and make plays in the paint and so that's what he does....He was a terrible shoooter in college probably because he came kind of uncoordinated...and his hands got real big but his shot looked a little better, its not there yet but its going to come. "

    It's understandable.

When your team only has two (2) "middling" NBA players to follow inthe entire league...and they spent a grand total of three (3) years at state college...while your daddies to the West have seventeen (17) players distributed across many NBA rosters, making significant conributions... well...

    ...Your rage is understandable.

What about last week when Handstravel got B slap by Garnett? And no Tyler didnt dare try to bow up at Mr. Garnett! He knows who to run up on.
