    Fail.

Where do you see that I said that. I am just laughing at the attitude change of the UNCheat nation after struggling to beat a sorry FSU team.

So you think UNC wil only win 10 games huh?

    Sad.

Season isn't over and your squad did not look like world beaters today against a team that has lost to some sorry teams.

I don't think they are in the big dance if they finish over .500 UNLESS thet get that signature win ........ UNLV is not a signature win IMHO. A winning record is a requirement to getting into the NIT, which I think UNC will achieve, plus they have name recognition ... BUT if they want to be in the NCAA they better finish 5th or higher (in the ACC) IMHO or get a couple of the so-called signature wins ... Dukes a good place to get one, but easier siad than done (even minus Kelly).

Nah, Carolina will win some games. If they're a little over .500, they're in the big dance. And as bad as the ACC is, they should be right around that, worst case.

We're just enjoying the losing streak while it lasts. What I'm afraid of is Carolina losing the next three, then beating State to end their streak. :(

I agree with this except for a completely different reason. I think Roy is bucking for the "Coach of the Year" Award. He'll pull the team together after losing at FSU, go on a tear through the ACC, and make the Final Four. This way he can retire on top as a "great coach" and Lebo will take over in 2014. I can see no other reason why Williams is coaching the way he is.

Probably so...he and Brice Johnson are the only freshmen I see making any progress at all...James is a SOFT big man and Tokoto is very athletic, but not a good shooter

I almost wish Reggie Bullock was the PG right now. He was getting passes into places much better than anyone else.

They do. They were competitive for the first 30 minutes of game time last night. I think Miami is a decent team, too. Carolina just couldn't finish the game.

There definitely isn't any Carolina "magic" with this squad, though. Their season is at a crossroads. They could hang their heads and lose most of their remaining games and not even make the NIT. Or they could stand up, fight hard every night, and either make the NIT or the NCAA tournament. I wouldn't expect anything special, though. But the season definitely isn't over for them yet.

I say they have the talent to bite some people this year. That said I cant remember when the ACC had Duke, State and Wake ahead of the holes in the ACC standings......before today
