What UNC needs...

FSU will watch the tape of UNC last night. They will move the ball on offense to see if UNC can shift. Miami exposed this last night. UNC didn't have energy to stop them after getting down by 9 a few times. It looked like a few players gave up. Best guess. Go UNC. Win this one.

Is to play the full 40 minutes. After playing fairly well for 33 minutes, they reverted to street ball for the final 7. As slowly as the pace has been for their past couple of games, there is no excuse for being tired and giving up those uncontested shots. If they do the same on Saturday, it will be FSU by 25.

The only sensible comment on this one tonight.

UVA and Miami are two ACC teams that like to keep the pace slow. UNC played into this again last night. UVA controlled them as we all know. When a 6'11" player from any team that can drive to the basket and slam it without not one player to challenge him is not right. Take a darn charge. Foul him. Save two points when being down. No excuse for these talented players...Paige showed some skills last night. Some of his passes kept UNC in this one late.

I would venture to guess that a few at UNC has/have already told Roy what is going wrong up there per one writer. HA HA. Two weeks from now UNC may get it straight.

+1...Monday morning QBs always have the answers, Hokie. :)

You can id problems just from watching the game (poor shooting, rebounding) but the coaches have the advantage of looking at game film to zero in on other problems. I think the Heels get it done today - must win for 'em. They have talent obviously, just comes down to intensity, confidence/execution. They need a short memory at this point if they're gonna turn their season around.

This is the most honest post I've ever seen by you - hats off to you, sir. I thought State would win before Kelly was out with an injury. Not saying Duke is bad, just that this is State's year to win, especially at the PNC.

Speak for yourself - I'll be happy if Carolina brings it to Tallahassee and plays a good game. What happens in Raleigh has no bearing on Carolina, until they go to the PNC to play State.

Truly. I just caught this one late. I did have Duke to win. Duke should beat them at home. I didn't know about UNC and FSU. FSU has some big guys and at home. Snaer is a special player.
