Tarheels looked great first half and then decent 2nd half. Bullock, JMM really played hard today! Hairston did not score a lot but made some hustle plays to get the ball that really counted. Go Tarheels!

I knew that Maryland would make a run in the send half but the Heels kept their composure and I was really happy about that. Maybe that team meeting that so many laughed about really worked.

It's great to see the Heels win this game against a tough Maryland team. There's a lot to learn from this game but slowly I see this team coming together.......finally! By no means is this a national championship contender but a much more competitive team than earlier on.
