There seem to be plenty of them on these forums. They do not realize that, no one cares, nor respects them. Bragging about your job, instigating fights or talking about someones parents or family, will only get you laughed at on these boards. Get a life! Everyone knows that you do not want to ruin your life over something stupid, so do not pretend that you do. Stop taking the fun out of these forums with your stupidity!

Total agreement. Wouldn't it be nice to have a "Yo Mama" thread just for them to go to and insult each other and leave the sports forum just for sports. Smack talk is fine, just don't take it to a personal level.

Couldn't agree more! I've attempted to start a total of 2 threads in the last few months and they got a total of 8 comments combined. Yet, a non-Carolina fan starts a ridiculous thread about Butler, who is currently a top 15 team and it gets over 400 comments.

Couldn't agree more! I've attempted to start a total of 2 threads in the last few months and they got a total of 8 comments combined. Yet, a non-Carolina fan starts a ridiculous thread about Butler, who is currently a top 15 team and it gets over 400 comments.

Not to mention Lehigh. It reminds me of an old joke about a bunch of guys who had frequented the same bar so long they just assigned a number to each of the repetitive jokes they told. One of them would shout "39" and everybody would laugh uproariously. A new guy one day decided he try it out, and shouted "24", only to be met with dead silence.

When he asked an old timer what he did wrong, the old guy said "some people just can't tell a joke".

We could do that here. Assign numbers to things like "Lee said hi", and "5-0", or even phrases like "red rage", "deflection", "UNC-Cheats", etc. Just think how many keystrokes we could all save, and the level of wit and intellect wouldn't be adversely affected at all.

I think the lack of success for the Tizu (shatzu) forum shows that folks want to talk smack to one another and not just boring sports talk that you do everyday with the guys at work or in the bar you frequent. They are Hitler tight on the rules and they have maybe 5-6 folks that posts occassionaly. And that is it. Folks want to laugh and talk that junk and that is why this forum stays in place. Fans just hate it when their teams prohibit this like the way state kollege fans have shut up since their loss to MD Wed. If they win Sunday they will be back. Until then it is crickets....particularly with uNC kicking MD but today!

903 is such a crybaby he has tried his best to "ruin" the forum. He does not even post in a manner that shows he has a favorite team. Just that he cricizes UNC all the time! When asked repeatedly about his FAV team he does not reply. Me thinks he justs Trols his way from day to day!
