apparently some pastel pansy felt compelled to RUN TO THE MODS about it, as per usual with that bunch.

That raises an interesting question. If the NCAA investigator used illegal methods to gather evidence against Miami, maybe they did the same in the UNC investigation.

That is possible as well. If it is proven that improper or illegal methods were used in the investigation then the sanctions against UNC should be removed. It is too late for the post season ban but the scholarship reduction could be removed. Food for thought.

It depends. The investigators could turn out to be ones with an agenda AGAINST UNC. That would absolutely drive TBK ove the edge!

nope, not really... the NCAA has proved itself to be LESS than forthright, with their current staffers... ie- quite possibly one EX-unc football player.
