He's no where near ready, but if for some reason he gets good news from the NBA, he's gone, and that would be a shame.

Agree with the OP. Once Strick packs his bags for Indonesia, the sky is the limit for his replacement.

I sure hope that's not true, because Hairston has a lot of talent and high potential. I do wonder why he doesn't get more PT, and I wonder if there's something going on behind closed doors.

I'll bet carolina wins more than 2 games next year but you could be right. However, your math doesn't add up because I'm pretty sure they have more than 22 games on the schedule. LOL

your recruiting class can be really good and you get play like
Purvis and the white kid that hardly plays anymore. TJ is an exception and will probably go pro. So Purvis with 4 freshmen is going to be quite the team....LOLOLOL! Admit it man your team will be terrible. Just like the other 23 years!

Depends on our recruiting class. From the looks of it, we won't have any problems.

Try - Howell, Wood, CJ, Lorenzo for sure = 4 and probably TJ Warren makes 5. I think that leaves 1 returning and 2 at best. Purvis returns but he is too much of a showboat and is not someone to build a team around. TJ is VERY good but probably goes pro.

State kollege finds itself in a much worse position next year than UNC did this year. And at best it will probably stay that way for a few more years!

Just being honest as Facts R Fun!

    1) Not sure. It's up in the air at this point. Could lose all, could lose none, but most likely will lose 3 or 4.

It makes no sense for him to leave, as he would be a starter next season. Heck, with the way Strick has been playing, he may become a starter this season. I do not forsee him leaving.

  • The Favorite Jan 27, 2013

Still some good play left but once we know we are not winning the Natty....it gets kind of boring. Thats the way it is when you have a quality program! Wow CV.......PJ leaving would sure hurt us but we still have a lot of talent. I think JMM might play one more year.

With only losing Strickland and McAdoo UNC should have a really solid team next year after the team matures over the year. Bullock, Hairston, Paige and McDonald, in particular should be really good and the 3 big guys, Johnson, James and Hubert should play much stronger. Simmons and Tokoto will be solid. Couple that with some MCDs coming in and we should be back at the top battling dook for #1!
