The key word here is "program", and because of that qualifying word, I'd have to give the nod to Carolina and Duke. Both are storied programs with HOF coaches, their rivalry is known on a national level, they've had some of the best players and highest winning percentages. Other programs, like State for instance, have had terrific years and players, but to date haven't had sustained success over a long period of time.- Posted by jgunn
