To start with he's not "one of my players". I could care less if Duke gets penalized or not - however, it is sad and pitiful when you make up facts. Saying that Lance Thomas committed a violation by putting down $30,000 is stupid. How do you know he couldn't afford it? How do you know he couldn't pay his rent? Please forward these facts to the NCAA - I'm sure they would like to have them. I know that when people tell themselves something over and over, they start to believe it and it becomes fact. If all you have are the "facts" you have listed above, then you have no facts and should keep quiet. There are no court documents yet that show Lance Thomas receiving any money illegally. Sorry that you will lose out on this one.

He was sued for non payment of rent by his landlord.

It took the NCAA 4 years to wrap up the Maggette investigation.
That loophole has since been closed, and the NCAA said it did not need Lance or the jeweler to punish Dook.
