Coastal Division Champs
Did Carolina give out rings and hoodies in celebration of their Coastal Division "championship" this year?
Just curious. Because I heard they did. Does anyone know if that is the case? Or did they just put up the billboard near a recruiting prospect's house?
Yes, this is a loaded question. I do want to know, but I also want to know how many NCAA violations they committed here.
1) Simply claiming to be Coastal Division champs might be a violation, since (again, this is a question) I believe they were not allowed to acknowledge this due to their postseason ban. They're supposed to show several years of football wins as being vacated in "the books". Surely, they aren't allowed to put up billboards proclaiming themselves division champions.
2) Again, back to my question... did they provide championship rings for this so-called division title? They were not champions, so giving out a couple of ounces of gold to each player might just be a large ILLEGAL payment to players.
I don't expect a serious answer from most of you on this. But maybe someone out there can answer this. Believe it or not, I would like some civilized conversation about this. I'd like to know if a program is allowed to pass out $3-4K worth of gold for something they were not allowed by the league to claim this year.

Good, because it's hard to be serious about anything you post
RE: Coastal Division Champs
Anything to distract from Saturday's embarrassment and dropping from the basketball polls, I guess. LOL!

My prediction when the sombrero came on board was 3 seasons or less before he's gone. 1 down, 2 to go.

You'll see more of these troll threads as state continues to lose. Sure sign he is getting desperate.

Perhaps so...
but if he has UNC playing to potential...
we'll be attractive to another top-notch coach.
