Fear grips Franklin street and me

RE: Fear grips Franklin street and me

The out look for Wednesday night does not look good for us. I fear for this team and its leader. Another curb stomping will totally demoralize this team and the UNC community. I would feel better if the whole team came down with the flu and we did not play this one. Lets sit this one out[/u].

No worries -- Franklin Street will be VERY quiet late Wednesday night. The place to fear will be in Durham with all the bonfires and such.

Why would anyone have such a celebration for beating a unranked team?

For the same reason it happens on Franklin Street regardless of Duke's record, because when all is said and done, that's who Carolina wants to beat the most.

I certainly do not expect cars to be overturned on Franklin St. Duke by 15. There may be some celebrations on the Duke Campus, but perhaps a bit muted due to their own recent racial issues.
