So Burke and her partner couldn't stop talking about 3 games in 6 days (actually 7 days) and now the AP article has 4 games in 10 days . These "facts" were put out by the Dook spin machine to make sure everyone knew what an exhaustive schedule they had! Burke bought in hook line and sinker and apparently so did the AP writer.
Guess what..3 games in 6 days in conference? UNC will do it twice Jan 23-29 and Feb 13-19, State did it once Jan 16-22. And as far as that 4 game in 10 games?- UNC will end the season with that, furthermore they will play on 2 days rest after an away game and dook will play on 3 days rest after a home game.
You didn't hear any krying from State or Carolina about 3 games in 6 days did ya? And you won't hear any from Carolina when they have to play 4 in 10....suck it up Krybaby or are you just setting up excuses for yet another flameout in the tourney?

He has been doing alot of whinning here lately. Ryan knows the defensive, and offensive sets. Wow I thought everybody should know there plays by now.

Why does it bother you so much when a coach states facts about his team?
He thought his team was tired. Fact. The loss will not be removed from Dukes record because of what he stated.
I love that you have to analyze and find something to find fault in what K says about all kinds of subjects.

"Oh! Ouch! My Back!" and dumps the rest of the year and the losses on pool ol' Pete Gaudet.
Worked out pretty well for him in '95.

No, actually it was exhaustion due to trying to come back to his team too soon after back surgery.
Question, if you don't buy the Duke and K reasons, why did they do what they did when the team was 9-3 at the time.

Because coaches don't look at their teams record to gauge how good, or sh**y, they are.

So are you saying he should have just quit/retired like DES did two years later.
Walk away from his team and school one month prior to the season.

He should have kept that excuse to himself. If a team commits 26 turnovers and wins, then your team needs to take responsibility for not taking advantage of those TO's. There was no excuse for Dook losing yesterday. UM outplayed Dook. That is why they lost!
