Kenpom Ratings Says Hi!

Sure there is tiny. A little hot tub picture on 91, a stomp in 92, a paid player in '10. Fact: K had been shown considerations by the NCAA that other programs were denied. If there is nothing to hide with Lance, why are the records sealed with no disclosure an agreement of the settlement? Innocent people need no such agreements.

Man, talk about someone that is butthurt. I guess the 2009 title is null and void because of the pictures with fats.
And what does a hot tub picture prove.
Pretty obvious your prison guarding hasn't made you any smarter.

tiny... you can always tell the strength of one's argument when they resort to the ad hominem route.
The "consideration" that K has been shown by the NCAA is that they've treated him no differently than they would any other coach which just makes people crazy because they want so badly to find something that's just not there.
So a picture of Richie Perry with with the UNLV players... how does one get to that being proof of a game being fixed? Why, since the Vegas line in that game was over 10 points, would UNLV still be shaving points when they were tied or only up 3 points?
Laettner's stomp on Timbulake hardly met the threshold of the flagrant foul that would have been necessary for ejection and it was certainly less malevolent than the elbow that Rasheed Wallace threw at Riddick of Kentucky a couple of years later.
And as for records being sealed... how do you know that wasn't stipulated by the plaintiff? You do realize that keeping the terms of a settlement confidential are fairly standard in civil proceedings don't you? And if you're going to go with the innocent people need no such arrangements approach why doesn't UNC provide the redacted transcripts of their teams to the NCAA instead of hiding behind FERPA? Why don't the players waive their FERPA rights?
You'd be left with a couple of ancient pieces of linen and a bogus Helms banner...

He knows nothing. Please don't ask the "don't you know question". Just because he is a prison guard surely doesn't mean he knows the law.

But he did stay at a motel 6.
