The Flagship "turns out the lights" of state college and their ruby-necked fanbase basically Two Out of Every Three times they tangle on an athletic field or court.

    #That'sGottaGetOld (if you're state college)

    BAAAAA ha ha ha hahahaha!!!!

Or that could be the reason as well.

No, it's The Swoff's annual backyard pig-pickin' and oyster roast.

Karl Hess just can't get enough (or so we've heard.) And the cocktails are outta this WORLD!

The Swoff really knows how to entertain those "Out of Town" guests, or so we hear.

I see you could not provide a link to me saying they would not be back. I figured as much.

As to why the NCAA is back in Chapel Hill, I think their statement speaks for itself.

After determining that additional people with information and others who were previously uncooperative might be willing to speak with the enforcement staff, the NCAA has reopened its investigation.

I think I will need a link to me ever saying the NCAA would not come back to Chapel Hill.

    Thanks in advance.

Again, I'll wait for the NCAA to rule on what was going on and leave you to rely on Rashad McCants.

they'll follow up on the comments McCants made... and that includes an awful lot of cheating, not just "easy classes"...

Good for you, then. Hitch your wagon to that horse.

Transcripts would not show anything that isn't already known. Players took easy classes. It happens on many campuses.

I don't think the NCAA is going to investigate the difficulty of classes that players took.

I'll take McCants' word on it over anyone elses... After all he's the only one with the stones to show his transcript...

I'm going to let the NCAA rule on those types of things, not an over obsessed and consumed Duke fan such as yourself. Especially one who is relying on Rashad McCants as an authoritative voice on the matter.

not clarifying a think... bottom line, the players that played (as mccants stated, the ones that played, not the benchwarmers) were the ones that were given special treatment to fraudulently keep them eligible... no one cares if all the walk-ons were steered to academic fraud, they didn't matter.

It seems to me that the blog is doing a pretty good job clarifying some stories, refuting others. Time will tell.

Yeah, nothing to see here... I mean, there's NO WAY the NCAA will come back to check things out with such places like http://coachingthemind.blogspot.com/ out there providing all this great data...

Interesting read. For all the talk about players being guided into certain majors, the numbers do not seem to bear that out.

but look at which team did qualify for major clustering in AFAM...

Among the men’s basketball teams during Willingham’s seven years working with athletes, the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 teams were the only ones to have more than two players majoring in AFRI or AFAM, and the 2004-2005 team was the only one to meet the 25% threshold for major clustering

Football players majoring in AFRI and AFAm studies at UNC from 2003-2010 never exceeded 13%:

    http://coachingthemind.blogspot.com/2014/07/steering-narrative-part-2-mary.html?spref=tw

At NCSU, 33% of football players major in Exercise Science. This is the very definition of "major clustering" as stated from the NCAA
