Everyone's a UNC fan

Even Rory McIlroy is. That's right, the 2011 U.S. Open champ is wearing the Navy blue cap with the "Tar Heel" logo on it. McIlroy bolted from the PGA Championship on Sunday and made it up to Cincinnati to watch his girlfriend Caroline Wozniacki practice at the Western & Southern Open.
That's the national brand for you. Golfers from Northern Ireland need some Americanized hat to wear so it may as well be a UNC one (I'm unaware if Rory has any UNC ties at all).
This reminds me of when I walked into Niketown in Chicago right around New Year's. They only had collegiate apparel stocked for three schools: Michigan, Ohio State and UNC. What's funnier is they had Greg Little jerseys on the shelf right after he was suspended for the entire season.
