Good thing Mike Keenan isn't coach of the Flames anymore

If you want to hear good sports stories and insights from inside the Carolina Hurricanes locker room, then the Aaron Ward Show presented by Goldstar Mortgage is for you. Catch it weekly during "The Insiders" on 99.9 The Fan ESPN Radio.
On Tuesday the Blackhawks-Flames game was brought up. Chicago was down 5-0 early in the game and came back and won 6-5 in OT. Ward made a comment on how it's a good thing controversial coach Mike Keenan is no longer the coach of Calgary. He also had a great story of something Keenan did to one of his Blues teams years ago.
"They sat there in the locker room, I don't know if they went on the ice necessarily but he told the team to sit and wait and he would come back and get 'em," Ward said. "He went up to his office and watched the traffic start to accumulate at 3 or 4 o' clock in the afternoon and told 'em all they can go home."
I know Tom Coughlin was tough on our Mark Thomas, but probably not that tough.
