Not the triple-double I was looking for
Nov 20, 2009
14 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists - now that's a monster triple-double. That'll help a team win. Ohio State's Evan Turner had that line in the Buckeyes win over Alcorn State to start the season. That was just the second triple-double in school history.
Well he got the third one in school history against North Carolina. He scored a game-high 23 points. He grabbed 11 boards. He dished out 10 assis......errrrr, I mean turnovers. Turner had the ol' too good to be true triple-double. Talk about something that rarely happens. Poor players rarely have 10, let alone really good players like Turner.
Marcus Ginyard has been known to disrupt some pretty good players. Roy Williams should keep yelling at him at halftime.
