So, what does a bowl trip get you these days?

So what exactly does a bowl trip get you these days?
The Sports Business Journal tries to answer that, with their annual list of the player gifts handed out by the bowl games.
The Capital One Bowl jumps out at me, with its $420 "Party at Best Buy." On the other end of the spectrum, the Cotton Bowl "would not disclose" their player gifts, which leaves things to the imagination.
I'm sure the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl figures a free trip to the islands is reward enough, but the only thing on their list is an Aloha shirt.
Watches, cameras and backpacks seem to be the go-to items this year.
Carolina's players will each pick up a Fossil watch, an Ogio duffel bag and their choice of an iPod touch or a Bose gift package from the Meineke Bowl. Oh, and there's a lap around Lowe's/Charlotte Motor Speedway.
ECU's players will take home HDTVs and Nike shoes.
The NCAA limit is $500 per person.
