— Multiple media outlets reported Monday that North Carolina State sophomore forward TJ Warren will head to the NBA Draft. However, Warren told WRAL late Monday that he remains undecided and is focused on finishing school. He even took to Twitter to say “Undecided” in a post just before 3 p.m.

After leading the pack to an NCAA tournament appearance and winning the ACC Player of the Year honor, many predict Warren, a 6-foot-8 forward, would be a first round pick.

Warren averaged a league-best 24.9 points per game and added 7.1 rebounds as the Wolfpack lost to No. 5 seed St. Louis in the Round of 64.

College players have until April 27 to declare for the NBA Draft, which is held on June 26.

I'm hoping that TJ moves on and grabs some huge dollars to make him and his family members secure. He obviously can't improve his stock any more by coming back.

If he stays, he won't be playing for a mediocre team and he can buy insurance to cover a career ending injury. There is no legit financial reason for TJ to stay because he already is properly projected as a 1st round pick. The only reason would be to enjoy college life for one more year, get closer to completing his degree and maybe lead the Pack to something special next year. The fact that nothing has been announced so far (despite the reports early in the week) suggests to me that he is at least considering one more year at State.

I guess I really hate the NBA now(since late 90s). I would prefer Warren Stay. But if he goes out, thats fine. He plays hard.

Thanks for setting it straight, YourConscience. State will be good next year without TJ, but with him - agree - State will be really good.

No doubt he'll go pro. His stock is way too high and can't get much higher. Enjoy another "rebuilding year" haha

When I mentioned Warren enduring 'all the freshman bumps and bruises' in my previous comment, I was referring to the freshman class he played with this year, a class who will be stellar next year. Warren can lead us to the promised land... a land we have not seen in over 20 years. I will watch T.J. where ever he goes, but I hope it is at PNC arena next year, with his final two wins in Indianapolis on April 4 and 6th, 2015. Life goes by fast and only gets tougher T.J., enjoy this time as long as you can Bro.
