Two Triangle sports sites get upgrade
Posted January 7, 2014
ESPNTriangle.com, the site for contests and contacts with 99.9 The Fan and 620 The Buzz is getting a facelift.
The redesign allows visitors the option to view more content from your local sports radio stations and from ESPN.
Video from the "mothership" is embedded right on the page, along with Twitter feeds from your favorite ESPN personalities.
Blogs by ESPN hosts Mike and Mike, Scott Van Pelt and Colin Cowherd can also be found quickly on the site.
The site is more visually appealing with fewer ads. It also has direct links to your local sports coverage on WRALSportsFan.com.
Visitors will still be able to do the things they expect from the site: listen live from the page, register to win great prizes from the station and get programming information.
An even bigger change is coming this week when the new WRALSportsFan.com will launch.
After more than a year of planning, building and testing, we are ready to let users engage with a cleaner, easier-to-navigate home for Triangle sports coverage. The new design more closely integrates our sports stories, video, slideshows and columns with WRAL.com.
You'll also notice a more seamless experience when you check your teams on your tablet, smartphone or other mobile device. Our responsive design adapts to the size of your screen. It's all the same great content, optimized for a mobile audience. You'll be able to track scores, comment in forums, view photos and watch video like never before.
